Contemporary design to refresh the interior of a house built in the 1970s. The place features custom millwork and specially designed furniture, including a faceted sectional sofa complementing the floating staircase.
The space is awash with light, and JWD performed a study of textures and materials to work with the light. 

JWD used a neutral mix of beige tones, with the sheen of the sofa reflecting on the coffee table, adding warmth and coziness in the evening, and a carpet of sea green which warms up the ambience in the evening.
